We want you to be completely satisfied with your DACIANA purchase. Due to the personal nature of cosmetics and the artisanal quality of our stationery, please note the following: 1. RETURNS Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 2. COSMETICS & FRAGRANCES For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and skincare products can only be returned if they are unopened, with the original seals intact. 3. STATIONERY Customized or personalized stationery items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. 4. REFUNDS (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. 5. SHIPPING You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
